Materials & Durability

Most standard pergolas are installed in one to three days on site once the materials are ready and approvals are through. Larger or more complex builds take a little longer, and we give you a realistic timeline in your written quote.
Your fixed written quote covers the engineered plans, the Australian-made materials, the concrete footings, the council permits, the in-house installation and the site clean-up, plus the lifetime workmanship guarantee and the manufacturer warranties on the steel and Colorbond.
Yes. We can wire the structure for ceiling fans and lighting and fit an insulated Colorbond roof that keeps the space cooler in summer and quieter in the rain. We talk through the extras you want at the measure so they're built in from the start.

Often yes, depending on the size, the position on your block and your local council. The good news is we handle the council permits and shire approvals for you as part of the job, so you don't have to chase the paperwork.
We work across the Perth metro councils, including the Cities of Joondalup, Stirling, Fremantle, Subiaco, Canning, Wanneroo, Rockingham and Mandurah, plus the Town of Cottesloe and the City of Swan. We know the local requirements and lodge the approvals for you.
